C. PROCEDURE FOR COUNTER-NOTICE:

If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice with the following:

  • 1. Description of the content that was removed and its location before removal;
  • 2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake;
  • 3. Your contact information;
  • 4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local Federal Court;
  • 5. Your signature or electronic equivalent.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant initiates legal action.
